Granulox is a topical hemoglobin spray. It is used for complex, multifactorial wounds that are difficult to heal. Oxygen is a vital factor in that healing. Granulox facilitates O2 diffusion in the wound bed.
Mölnlycke won the Prix Galien 2020 in the category "Medical Device" with Granulox.
