Webinar / Virtual event

A webinar is based on the one-to-many principle where a presentation is given to an online audience. There are numerous interactive features available between the participants and the presenter(s).

OUR APPROACH

Your webinar, our concern. From A to Z.

Setting up a webinar is always a process in close collaboration with you. Nevertheless, we do want to unburden you as much as possible. Especially when it comes to the technical side. We know that this puts many people off, so we never come up with questions that in many cases you expect us to answer. No, instead, when it comes to technology, it's simple: we draw out the best option to obtain what you have in mind.

The content, of course, is up to you. You decide about topics, presentors, guests, look & feel, interactivity, powerpoint presentations, prerecorded video content, ... That's the part where we are happy to be your guide. From experience, we know by now what works and what doesn't.

Preparation is key

As logical as it sounds, preparation is the most important thing. For this very reason, Cmore has written a roadmap, which is applied to every single webinar, and in which - during the preparation phase - all details related to the webinar are included. During each preparation, we also provide regular online consultations. This way, we are constantly informed of the progress of the project from both sides.

All-inclusive package

Our principle is: we either do it or we don't. And if we do it, we go all the way.

That's why we consciously choose to work with packages. It saves you and us difficult quotes, everything needed to make your webinar a success is included and you know the exact price in advance because there are no upsells.

NEW CONNECTING OPPORTUNITIES

Bring people together locally with hubs

Busy traffic, energy prices, environmental awareness, time and work-life balance are just some of the reasons that make you less likely to warm up your guests to attend a physical event. An intermediate solution is working with local hubs.

The principle is simple:

  • You organise a webinar / virtual event on location or in studio
  • Parallel you provide local hubs, e.g. in a restaurant
  • In these hubs, your local target audience gathers togheter
  • Your guests watch and participate in the event, live from the hub
  • Other guests who prefer to join from home, can easily do this
  • Communication between main location and other participating hubs is possible all the time, in any direction.

These kind of setups we already did many times, both on a Belgian level, as on a European level. This video shows the setup of a hub - in this case at Auberge du Pêcheur in Sint-Martens-Latem - during an event organized by Roularta HealthCare.
