Creating a 20 seconds graphic commercial for broadcast on regional television (TV Oost).

The city of Lokeren is kicking off a citizen participation initiative, calling on its residents to submit ideas via a 20 second commercial on regional television. A total budget of 165 000 euros will be distributed among projects in 10 neighborhoods. An additional 15 000 euros will also be provided for projects relating to the entire city.
